Education:
Christophe Moreau holds an engineering degree from l’Ecole des Mines de Nancy and an Executive MBA from ESSEC business school.
Career:
Christophe Moreau started his career back in 1992 at AXA, before joining Swiss insurer Winterthur, then American International Group and the Bred banking group in various management positions.
He joined BNP Paribas Cardif in 2010, where he was first appointed Head of distribution of the international markets department. He was then appointed Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Cardif's subsidiary in South Korea, before becoming its CEO. Then, he led transformation work as Head of client savings department at BNP Paribas Cardif France.
After leading the compliance programs related to the introduction of the PACTE legislation and participating in the creation of the Cardif Retraite entity and its supplementary professional pension fund (FRPS); Christophe Moreau joined the compliance department in 2023, as Chief Operating Officer, then deputy to the Director of Compliance.
In September 2024, he was appointed Chief Compliance Officer and member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Cardif.
